Welcome to The Pentecostals

Words are inadequate to express the welcome you will feel at The Pentecostals! Dr. Petoskey and I hope to personally have the opportunity to welcome you! It is our honor to serve this wonderful local church, living our faith in community with other believers.

Like dozens of other homes at The Pentecostals we believe our entire duty as Christians can be summarized in four words: Love God, Love People. From the moment you enter, you will experience the evidence of these two great passions in our lives!

There are many things we celebrate in our church culture, amongst them: We crave a deep relationship with God; shallow, superficial Christianity won't fit in. Secondly, we are a diverse congregation, we're convinced God never owned cookie cutters. Third, God has a sense of humor, laughter punctuates much of our lives! Many brand new Christians have dedicated their life to Christ here. I've told each one, if it feels like home, we would love for you to make it just that!

We hope to see you soon!

-Pastor Jon W. Petoskey

Learn About Our Congregation

Walking in the door at The Pentecostals may make you feel like you're at a cross between a huge family reunion and a live concert instead of a traditional church service. Unique expression of worshipping God are as varied as the number of individuals present.

Often guests wonder what they should wear, it really is best to wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing. You will see various styles and levels of dress. Any time you have any question, please let a member of the hospitality team know (they will have name badges on).

The teaching and preaching you will find to be inspiring, faith building, convicting, and biblically sound. The Bible establishes every doctrine, provides guidance for our beliefs, and gives wisdom for any life circumstance we face.

Afterwards, you'll discover no guest is a stranger, only a friend we've never met before. We offer a complementary reception after each Celebration service and a free gift for every guest. We look forward to welcoming you!
